We are a local family run company that own all of the properties we rent. We specialize in quality off campus student housing within few blocks of the University of Georgia in Athens GA. We have a great selection of properties from condominiums to houses and condo flats.
Each property is turned over to you only after the walls are freshly painted and the entire premisis has been professionally cleaned. Regular lawn service is also included with each property. In addition, a regular maintenance regimen is in place for each property to solve problems before they have a chance to inconvenience our tenants.
In the event a problem should a problem arise, each tenant is given the personal cell phone number of their owner representative. When we recieve a report of a problem, it is our goal to address the problem the same day.
